Getting ready for the holidays-less stress more happy

Now is the time to set your holiday calendar and "to do list".  Set down on paper the "have to do tasks".  This could entail writting your Christmas letter, addressing envelopes and affixing stamps,-anything that you can do ahead of time and avoid the last minute stress.  Make a schedule and leave time for the things you really want to do and the people you really want to see.

Next put your head in the right place!  Make your recuriring thoughts positive. Make the commitment now to stay on budget or talk to family and friends about just getting together instead of exchanging  gifts.  Start off every morning affirming your greatest expectations.

Make the time to de-sress with breathing, exercise, sleep and hydration NOW.  It takes thirty days to make a practice a habit.  Respiration, hydration, nutrition, emotion, locomotion and relaxation are the six "TIONS" you do not want to avoid!   Check my blog for GPS info to surviving the holidays.  ASAP -  RitaCatherine
