Dr. Grant

Dr. Diane Grant has practiced in the Lakewood and Long Beach area since 1993. Her education consists of an Associate Degree from Mt. San Antonio College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1993. She was on the Deans List and was awarded the American Chiropractic Association’s Senior of the Year award. She was also active in the Sports Injury Council while at LACC. Dr. Grant continues her education by taking several post graduate classes yearly in the areas of Sports Injuries, Nutrition, Women's Issues like pregnancy and menopause, and Family Wellness.
She opened Chiropractic, Massage, & Nutrition in 1997, and has been growing ever since! Dr. Grant is active in the Lakewood area through the Chamber of Commerce and Lakewood Leads club.
In addition to being a Chiropractor, Dr. Grant is a wife and mother of 5 children. She is involved in coaching and helping with their baseball, football, and soccer teams, as well as other school and church activities. She is an avid skier, and enjoys playing  softball, and rollerblading. She is dedicated to exercise, nutrition, and good health, Naturally!

 
Dr. Hernandez

Dr. Mireya Hernandez is a bilingual licensed Doctor of Chiropractic. She's a graduate of Southern California University of Health Sciences, where she received extensive instruction in anatomy, physiology, neuro-musculoskeletal diagnosis and chiropractic manipulation. She received her Bachelors in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science from California State University, Long Beach. Dr. Hernandez has worked in the Health and Wellness industry for over 8 years. She has extensive experience in exercise prescription and exercise rehabilitation. She worked as a personal trainer for 3 years and spent 2 years working as a physical therapy aide. Dr. Hernandez keeps current with her chiropractic education by taking several post-graduate classes yearly. In 2007 she took a humanitarian trip to Bolivia to provide chiropractic care to the less fortunate.
  In her spare time Dr. Hernandez enjoys jogging, weight lifting, watching basketball and spending time with her family and loved ones. Family is an important aspect of Dr. Hernandez' life, she makes it a point to visit her family who lives in northern California at least 4 times a year. She attributes her success to her parents who have supported her through her journey. In 2008 she completed her first marathon and she plans to run her second once she becomes a mother.
