Typically, during your first visit, you will first complete some standard paperwork. After that, you will be shown a short 5 minute video explaining some of the basic points of chiropractic care. Next, the doctor will come in and go over your history with you. This is when you will get to tell her about your problems and what your goals in treatment are. Next, a Doctor will perform a complete examination, consisting of orthopedic, neurological, chiropractic tests, and X-rays (if needed).

After Your First Visit
After your first visit, you will be scheduled for a follow up visit, during which your Doctor will go over the results of your tests. They will review what is causing your symptoms, if it is considered a Chiropractic case, they will discuss a treatment plan and costs. Treatment for Chiropractic cases can start immediately.

We have four New Patient Forms: Intake Form, Informed Consent, HIPPA and Financial Agreement. Please arrive 15 minutes early if you are unable to complete these forms before your first appointment.
